Since 1923, this production has been more than a mere performance—it's a living story of Southern California's Indigenous peoples, Hispanic communities, and early settlers. Designated as California's Official Outdoor Play, "Ramona" represents one of the state's most enduring legacies. 

By partnering with us, your company will not only help preserve this cultural treasure but also gain recognition as a champion of Indigenous history, cultural preservation, and community pride. Adding to its timeless appeal, the upcoming documentary "Ramona and the Ballad of Juan Diego"—highlighted at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and set for release in January 2026—underscores the play's relevance after over 100 years, exploring its deep connections to Indigenous history and cultural legacy. 


Each spring, more than 14,000 guests from Southern California gather at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre in Hemet to experience this historic production. We have developed a comprehensive Marketing Plan to grow and diversify attendance. Our Plan focuses on multiple campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and social media platforms, targeting specific audience segments. 


Sponsorship levels and associated benefits are outlined in the attached Sponsorship Schedule. We are confident that your Sponsorship would generate a strong return on investment by increasing brand visibility and demonstrating community support. 


While this request reflects immediate program needs, we also recognize that the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre is uniquely positioned for the future. We are open to larger sponsorships and long-term partnerships that could include expanded cultural programming, enhanced facilities, exclusive naming opportunities, and other collaborative investments that align with your mission and vision.

SPONSORSHIPS, DONATIONS & ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions outlined herein have been established for the mutual benefit and protection of the Sponsor, Advertiser, Donor, Event Patrons, and Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre - and may not be modified unless in writing and signed by both parties. The Sponsor, Advertiser, or Donor agrees to these terms and conditions as an integral part of this binding contract. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.


Checks, Mastercard, Visa, cashier's checks, and money orders are acceptable forms of payment. Sponsorship benefits are conditional upon the payment of sponsorship fee. The sponsorship fee is due at the time of commitment and in any case, payments in full is due prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made.


The sponsor benefits listed in this document for each respective sponsorship level constitute the entire package of benefits offered to sponsors. The Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre is under no obligation to provide in writing by the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre Administrator or designee.


Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor, the Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor permits the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre to use the Sponsor’s, Advertiser’s or Donor’s name and/or logo in promotional materials, advertising and public announcements relating to the 102nd Anniversary Season of Ramona.


The Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor further represents and warrants that it has the right to grant this permission. It being understood that the Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor shall retail all ownership rights in its trademarks and that any goodwill related to the use of the Sponsor’s, Advertiser’s or Donor’s trademarks inure to the benefit of the Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor. The Sponsor, Advertiser or Donor shall hold the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre and its Board of Directors harmless against any and all actions related to the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre’s use of the Sponsor’s, Advertiser’s or Donor’s trademarks.


The Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre and its Board of Directors reserves the right to decline the sponsorship support or advertising displays of any organization, business or firm. Sponsorship are not charitable donations under IRC Section 170k. Sponsorships may be tax deductible for business purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor if you have any questions regarding the tax deductibility of sponsorships.


Sponsorships of $5,000 or more receiving equal value in tickets is for general admission tickets only adn does not apply to covered box seating.
